PCN Community Pharmacy Leads appointed

Comunity Pharmacy PCN leads for Lincolnshire have been appointed.
Following the PCN networking events held across the county in January and February, Community Pharmacy PCN leads have been agreed within each of the PCNs.
You can find more details about PCNs in our PCN hub, inlcuding details of GP practices and pharmacies within each PCN, and details of the Community Pharmacy Lead.
These details may be used to support the current Pharmacy Quality Scheme claims, which should be completed by midnight on 28th February.
