Independent Representative: Riverside Pharmacy, Sleaford
I am Superintendent Pharmacist for a GP surgery based community pharmacy in Sleaford. I have been in the role since 2012. Before then, I did branch management roles for a number of multiples. I have also worked as a locum between 2000- 2012 during which time I managed a national locum agency which I co-founded with my wife.
I have been involved with Community-based Pharmacy Lincolnshire as Independent Rep since 2018.
My career in community pharmacy started in 1989 after graduating from RGIT, now called Robert Gordon University (RGU).
I obtained my Post Graduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice in 2014 (UEA) and my Practice Certificate in Pharmacist Independent Prescribing in 2016(RGU).
I have special interest in travel medicine and hold a Foundation Certificate in Travel Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow (2019).
When not working, I enjoy watching football, walking, and running half marathons for charity fund – raising.
I also enjoy watching F1 races, visiting places of interest both locally and abroad. Music wise, it’s Indie Rock, Soul and Blues that I enjoy listening to.
