Pharmacy First: Contacting 111 new process and guidance

There have been recent changes to how community pharmacists contact the NHS111 Health Professionals Line and we have received an updated poster for pharmacies to use as shown below. This should have been sent to you via the Office of the West Midlands and East Midlands Primary Care Team, but to ensure all pharmacies are aware of the changes, a pdf version of the information shown below for printing can be downloaded here.
