Bank Holiday Planning 

We have worked with NHS England to ensure good planning for Bank Holiday cover across Lincolnshire.

Pharmacies are usually directed to open on Bank Holidays across the county.

Bank Holiday Direction claims: Claim within 45 days from date of opening – remember to submit your claim and relevant data as soon as possible

Data Collection and Submission

As part of the claims process you need to submit data from the day that you were directed to open. We have asked the team what data they require, and the East Midlands Team sent us a list as follows:

“Please see below list of information which will need to be endorsed on PharmOutcomes when you claim following the directed day.

• Time of opening
• Closing time
• NHS items dispensed
• Forms today
• Forms prior
• Number of patients
• P sales
• GSL sales
• MAS supplied
• Palliative Care
• EHC Supplies
• Self-Care
• Referred
• Other”
