Community Pharmacy Lincolnshire utilises various policies, procedures and documents to ensure good governance.

A Governance sub-committee is in place, comprised of Robert Severn (Governance Lead and Chair), Christine Stafford and Chris Mulimba, who meet quarterly to coincide with full committee meetings.

Elections are held every two years for membership.
