Tracey Latham-Green (Chief Officer)

Dr Tracey Latham-Green, BA (hons), MBA, PhD.

Chief Officer (not a member of the committee)

I was appointed Chief Officer for Lincolnshire Community Pharmacy on 11th January 2021, having worked in the private, third and public sectors in both central and local government in a number of different roles.  I currently also work in academia, as a Visiting Senior Fellow at the University of Lincoln and I run my own business consultancy, where my work has included research, project management, feasibility studies, “fire fighting”, evaluations, grants management, quality accreditation and business planning and support.

From 2013 to 2020 I sat as Lay Member for Governance on the Board of Lincolnshire East NHS Clinical Commissioning Group.  I also spent two years as a volunteer Police Constable with Lincolnshire Police, based in a community policing team from 2004 to 2006, later sitting as an Independent Member on the Joint Independent Audit Committee of Lincolnshire Police and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner from 2018 to 2022.

I hold a PhD, for which I researched the impact of participation in a friendship/social network based, rural activity on participants’ mental health and well-being, measured using standard national measure (short Warwick-Edinburgh mental well-being scale (SWEMWBS)), linking in to the wider self-care and maintaining healthy lives government agenda; an MBA which considered the benefits of collaborative working in GP practices outside of major, urban conurbations; a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and a BA (hons) 2:1.  I am also part CIPFA qualified.  I live in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire with my husband and two children.
