Smart Cards
From 1st July, RA Smartcard service support will be moving from Arden and Gem to United Lincolnshire Hospitals Group. This mean that the email address for requests and queries will change to ulth.LCHG-RA@nhs.net.
Sponsors requesting new Smartcards within Pharmacies should send their requests to this email with all of the same relevant information that is provided now.
