Grainne Freeman, CCA Representative
I graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Economics and Business Management. What began as a part-time weekend job at Oddbins, for those who remember the brand, and it became my first career pathway and entry into management.
Later, I followed my passion for animals and spent 20 years in the veterinary industry as a Registered Veterinary Nurse where I eventually returned to operational management. Overseeing branches across the Midlands, Northern England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. This experience gave me a strong appreciation for working in clinical environments where governance and compliance are essential.
In November 2024, I joined Lincolnshire Co-op as the Pharmacy Operations Manager.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, open water swimming, and supporting my son at rugby matches across the country.
